The idea of the videoart is researching figures of a messiah, a revolutionary and other individuals sacrificed themselves for the common good.

 

In this video, I'm wondering in the theme of a "rebel" these personalities that appeared in different historical periods, tried to change the world, sacrificed themselves.

But history repeated again and there is need to find a new hero which have to suffer for all. They exist also in literature, movies and etc.

Their way is fascinating, brings pleasure from viewing or other type of consumption their stories. After the person, image was used - it is replaced by a new one.

 

This video is attempt to understand - does something really change from their victim or is it just a drug for all humanity, the consumption of their personality?
